Call Teacher Registration Instructions |
| Periodically during
the school year, the MESD On Call Teacher Certification Office sends a list
of registered on call teachers to the participating public schools within
Multnomah County. |
We are in the process of automating the sub registration.

Complete your registration form which provides us with information on the days you are available to work, your preference of subjects and grade levels (as authorized by your Oregon teaching license). You may also indicate the districts in which you are willing to work. |

Complete Section 1 of the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Employment Eligibility Verification form (I-9). Do NOT complete Section 2. Please note for this form to be complete you must present documents which establish your identity and employment eligibility. The most commonly used documents are Both a driver's license and a Social Security card or birth certificate: Or a passport. There are other identification documents that can be used, please see page 4 of the I-9 document for the list. |

Have your teaching license registered (you must present your original valid Oregon teaching license for registration). |

Receive training on the SubFinder automated calling system. Bring: your completed Registration Form, Original Oregon Teaching License, and I-9 with Section 1 complete. |

Pay periods run from the 16th-15th of the following month with payment on the last working day of the month. (ie Pay period 11/16-12/15 would be paid on 12/24, Pay period 12/16-1/15 would be paid on 1/29) |
