Uncage the Soul Productions, a Portland, OR-based company specializing in digital video and photography concepts, announced the launch of Photo of the Year 2005 (POTY) -  an annual and amateur photo contest showcasing spectacular photography from around the world and benefiting the Multnomah Education Service District Outdoor School Program!
